Established in 2017, JD Malat Gallery supports both established and emerging contemporary artists. Located at 30 Davies Street, Mayfair, the gallery represents over 20 international artists, showcasing a range of media including sculpture, painting, video, and photography. Open Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm and Saturday, 12pm–6pm, the gallery aims to connect its artists with a global audience through exhibitions and art fairs.
Female Artist Exhibitions
- Sophie-Yen Bretez – A self-taught Vietnamese-French artist spotlighted by the gallery for International Women’s Day.
- Nina Pandolfo – One of Brazil’s most significant female graffiti artists, who transitioned from street art to gallery exhibitions.
- Ming Ying – An emerging Chinese artist who had her first solo exhibition, Society: Acts I – IV, at the gallery from 11 May to 6 June 2022.
- Hande Şekerciler – A Turkish sculptor featured in the gallery’s Woman, Empowered exhibition from 8 June to 1 July 2022.
- Ayanfe Olarinde – A Nigerian artist who participated in the Woman, Empowered exhibition.
- Georgia Dymock – A British artist who also took part in the Woman, Empowered exhibition.
- Katrin Fridriks – An Icelandic abstract artist who has exhibited at the gallery.
- Celine Ali – A London-based artist who held her first solo exhibition, Moments of Being, at the gallery from 11 May to 3 June 2023.
